Belle Allure’s founder and owner Val Nagrabecki has always valued advanced education. While living in Europe, Val had studied pharmacology; upon opening her salon in America, she quickly sought to continue her education to become an exceptional nail technician, expertly trained in the most modern techniques of nail artistry and collaborating with industry-leader Light Concept Nails. Val’s pharmacology background also demanded that she find and deliver only the finest spa and beauty products for her clientele.
